In our world today, we try to live with all the technologies especially on how to get fit and physically sexy or healthy. All of these can be either good or bad depending on which kind of exercises you choose. Here are some few of the exercises that you could use that could be safe; you may be able to do this at home at your free time.
- “Crunch less crunch” is one of the easiest and effective exercises that you can do. This kind of exercise focuses more at the center of the abdominal part of out body; you will pull your bellybutton towards your spine, by holding it still for several seconds will make it more very effective.
Next recommended exercise is the
- “Hip Lift” Lifting your hip up and away from the ground then holds for seconds and then, back to the lying position. Do these several times and in a comfortable place.
Third exercise,
- “Long arm crunch” from lying position facing the ceiling or the sky, folded knees and arms rose over the head, gently raise arms, body and head as if you are reaching hard for something. There will be a contraction of the abs.
- “Leg raise” is the next exercise to consider to get rid of those unwanted fats; lying straight on the ground facing the ceiling of the sky, gently lift your legs and hold still for several seconds; it depends on how long you can hold still then go back to the lying position by lowering your leg to the ground. Repetition of this exercise will be very painful, but you would feel that this is working because of the pain, which means that this is an effective exercise because of the contractions of the muscle.
- Using the common medium sized exercise ball could also be helpful in order to achieve the body that you aim; This is performed by leaning on the ball and keeping your body straight as the ball rolls, a must; contract your abs and go as far as you and your body can. Practicing this exercise the longer will be the better.
Doing all these exercises recommended would be effective as well, if you also choose the proper foods to eat, which means that you should also observe proper balanced diet. Practicing all these exercises, you must be in good shape as well so that you would be able to practice this over the days. Get enough sleep as well to keep ourselves healthy and strong, all of us must have energy before performing these exercises.
