Exercises You Can Do at Home
An advise about exercising at home using the body weight.
You may think that you can’t do the exercises you would do in the gym . But you are wrong, you can exercise at your home with no equipments and have the same benefits. It will only take 20 minutes ,2 to3 times a week So let’s see:
- Push ups: standard or on knees leaning and you may do push ups on a wall, upper body propped up on a couch, etc. There are even more variations by changing body placement and hand width.
- Crunches:feet on floor, lets bent in air, legs straight in air, full sit-ups,bicycle crunch, oblique crunches, plank.Crunches have so many forms.
- Squats: feet together, feet shoulder-width, feet wide, back on wall , holding extra weight , one-legged squats ,this might be a little advanced!
- Lunges: walking lunges, stationary lunges, side lunges, front lunges.
- Bridges: lie on your back, legs bent, feet on floor. Lift hips toward ceiling, squeezing glutes the whole time. Challenge yourself by keeping one leg up in the air.
- Cardio: climbing your stairs, running/walking/jogging outside, hiking, jumping rope (or just jumping period), kickboxing routines, fitness videos, biking, etc.
You could invest a little money in a good resistance band it usually run around $15 for one band, a Swiss ball and they cost around $25 apiece, a pair of hand weights Dumbbells Expect to pay $15-$20 for a pair of 5-pound weights. Prices will increase as the weight goes up, and Exercise Mat, for about $20 you can get a sticky mat. These will allow you to do a wide variety of exercises from home.

I like these ideas but the best one for me is the cardio especialy, walking and jumping rope, and you save a lot of money by not getting to gym and waisting time.
