Firm Bodies for Men
Men can have firm bodies with a little effort.
Men can have firm bodies with a little effort. So, the numbers are the same on your scales, but your pants are getting smaller? What’s going on here? You ask. Mother Nature plays that trick on all of us. The main reason is as that as we get older we are not as active as we once were. And unbeknownst to you, your body has been shedding muscle and putting fat in its place. Another reason is, the male body puts out less human growth hormones which makes it harder to keep muscle mass. The process can be reversed by exercise. In fact, men who do weight training can increase muscle strength as much as 200% and it doesn’t matter what age you are. Doesn’t that sound wonderful? You never get too old to add muscle and strength, and you can maintain it by continued weight training. Knowledge is power.

Now then, how many pounds of fat needs to be converted to muscle to make your body look good? And how long will it take? Not as much as you might think and not as long as you might think. Following is a plan that will build up your muscle mass and zap the fat.
We know you men don’t want to be restricted too much, and you certainly don’t want to suffer any pain. This plan is modest and practically painless. It should suit even the most stubborn man.
All right lets bring up one of the most important things, diet. This is going to be very simple. Lean meat, You know that’s fish and poultry, right? Fruits and vegetables, and you can even find some cuts of lean pork and beef. Another thing, don’t get hung up on protein. Most of us get plenty of protein. Steam, boil or bake that food. For goodness sake, don’t fry anything.

Where muscle growth is as important as fat loss, and in this program it is. Start with 20 minutes of aerobics three times a week. Over three or four weeks move up to 30 to 40 minutes per session. anything that gets you to puffing will do. Fast walking, jogging, bicycling, climbing stairs are all fine.
Now pick up those weights. You have too to build that muscle. Work one half your body one day and the other half the next. Then take a day off. Muscle is building while you rest. Okay, Monday and Thursday work your chest, shoulders, and triceps. Tuesday and Fridays, do the back, legs, and biceps. The next article is coming up tomorrow giving you all the instructions.

Well done, Ruby. How I wish I could make my body firm but it is simply restricted to my left hand biceps as I lean on my table to type my blog for the day.
