First Business Priority – Take Care of Yourself.

If you are an internet marketer, or a member of any other profession that requires some physical activity, there is perhaps not so obvious is essential that special attention to – your own fitness. Understand that sit behind a computer monitor for a great deal of time – especially if you have been active in the past – not the ideal way to burn calories and stay fit. If you are not very careful, your level of fitness and health will be adversely affected.

Staying in shape, sometimes in a more complicated task than it should be. In reality, the rules are simple:

      * Get some regular exercise
      * Do not consume more calories than you burn
      * Eat real, whole foods (ok you can enjoy once in a while)

Of course, following these rules can be challenging, but if applied consistently, you will still be necessary. This in turn will have obvious benefits for your overall health.

What about meal frequency, protein, carbohydrates, fats, the frequency of training and all that? You can add additional rules relating to all or some of these if you wish. Just keep in mind that if you want to lose weight should consume more calories than you take in. And if you want to build muscle, you have to exercise to get stronger. Sometimes, after a diet plan or exercise program can give structure and routine to follow, but one is not required.

Although the above rules are all you need, the second part of this series will focus on five-step plan of action that can provide additional support. Please note that this is what has worked for me – then I’m not a doctor or an expert in the gym.
