Five Ways to Energize Your Mornings
Sure shot moves to get yourself in the “wake-up” zone.
- Do some gentle stretches and breathing exercises to get the oxygen pumping.
- Brave a blast of cold shower during your morning bath . It’s guaranteed to wake you up fast, plus it’s also great for toning your muscles.
- Put an upbeat music CD on your stereo or tune in to your favorite upbeat music station and shake to the music while getting dressed.
- Take peppermint tea instead of your creamed coffee. It wakes up your senses and you won’t get a post-caffeine downer.
- Eat a good breakfast. Cereal, with some nuts and seeds will give you energy to face the day and help ward off those mid-morning sugar cravings.
