Five Ways to Energize Your Mornings

Sure shot moves to get yourself in the “wake-up” zone.

  1. Do some gentle stretches and breathing exercises to get the oxygen pumping.
  2. Brave a blast of cold shower during your morning  bath . It’s guaranteed to wake you up fast, plus it’s also great for toning your muscles.
  3. Put an upbeat music CD on your stereo or tune in to your favorite upbeat music station and shake to the music while getting dressed.
  4. Take peppermint tea instead of your creamed coffee. It wakes up your senses and you won’t get a post-caffeine downer.
  5. Eat a good breakfast. Cereal, with some nuts and seeds will give you energy to face the day and help ward off those mid-morning sugar cravings.
