Forearms Exercise

Exercise for your forearms.

I come across many people who have good biceps but their forearms are relatively small compared to their biceps. I must admit I was amongst them at one time. For some their forearms are not as proportionally developed as their biceps.

That brings to me list down a few forearms exercise.

Pick 4 exercises per workout, do 1 set each after 2 warm ups, (no more)

1. Reverse standing wrist curls with a straight bar heavy as possible 6 to 10 reps.

2. Hang off a chin bar and curl your body weight with your wrist.

3. Seated wrist curls.

4. Standing reverse curls

5. Seated reverse wrist curls

6. Hammer curls

Most of the compound exercises like Deadlift, shrugs give your forearms the best workout so make sure that you don’t over train them.
