Free Workout for Whole Body

Free of Charge workout for whole body.

These day many people are willing to train their muscles to get better body. Normally people go to gym, aerobic or get a trainer. All that cost money. You can get a great body without training in expensive gym. Check out my hot tips how to train effectively but free of charge. I’ve done these exercises by myself and I know they work. So, Enjoy and get inspired.

1. Pushups. One of the most effective way to train your chest and shoulders. There are many variations of pushups and you should try to do as many variations as you can.  Here are some variations. Check them out.

2. Chin up. This exercise should be the base of your training. It is possibly the most effective exercise of all and it should be used a lot. There are also many variations of this exercise, however, I strongly recommend to use the “standard” chin up and the one with wide grip. Here are some chin up variations. Choose at least three of them to your work out program.

3. Handstand. It trains your muscle, balance and endurance. Do three one minute sets of this exercise at first and later increase the time. When you are skilled enough you can do handstand pushups. They are though, almost too though for you. Just kidding. Here are instructions for handstand

4. Jumps and Squats. These will train your legs very nicely. Do basic deep squats while strething your arms to front. If you wish you can add some extra weight by wearing a weight vest. You have to do relatively many repeats but you will notice that they will burn in your buttocks and thighs all right. Add also some jumps to your training, with both legs and with one leg only. Do sets of 50 to 100. You will feel it.

5. Jogging. A really nice way to keep yourself lean. Do it in your way. Run fast, run slowly, with long and short distance. It’s up to you. But do it!
