Get a Flat Stomach After Pregnancy
A guide to losing your belly after giving birth.
There are many things you can do besides excercise to lose excess weight from your stomach after having a baby. The thing that worked for me just 4 weeks after having my baby was belly binding. I put together my own belly binding regime which I started doing from the day I gave birth.
Belly binding has been around for centuries, many women in african and asian cultures have used this method, by wrapping their stomachs tightly with a piece of fabric, it trains the muscle to return to its pre pregnancy state.
I massaged my stomach in a circular motion for 10 minutes in the morning and 10 minutes in the evening, using a circular motion, you can use any oil but I used olive oil. I then placed a piece of fabric tightly round my stomach, cotton is best as it allows your stomach to breath. Make sure the fabric is big enough to enable you tie a firm knot in order to pull your stomach right in. Wear the fabric for as long as you can take it, I wore mine for about 12 hours in any given day, morning and at night. You also have to make sure you drink at least 3 litres of water a day to flush out your system and keep you hydrated. I Have lost all my baby fat from my stomach and I owe it all to good old fashioned belly binding and stomach massage.

Sounds good to me! I purchase a belly wrap to wear after birth… but I am going to try the massaging trick with the oil. I might use some Bio oil and coco butter just so I wont get any stretch marks.

i had my baby two months ago n im interested in doin this because i still have some babyfat. do you have to do this right away after giving birth? or can i still do it?

You can still do it just start doing it straight away and you will see results. good luck.

This is the best practical and easiest method I have ever read to lose belly fat after pregnancy. Indeed there are many old fashioned ways like this one that work wonders if practiced. But its an irony that we are neglecting these ways and adopting costly but worthless ones. Thanks a lot for sharing.
