In a modern time like what we have today, the definition of sexy has evolved from simple and plain flat abs to a higher level of having washboard abs. More men and women are plunging into what we call nowadays as “abs craze”. In the gyms, you will usually see them doing high intense workouts especially on their abdomen area.
A wide misconception about having six-pack abs has always been envisioned by some health buff as separate muscles. However when you’re into lifting weights, never decrease your stability too much because if you do, one small movement in the wrong direction if you went out of balance may lead you from minor to severe injury.
