Of course Farting hasnt become “too” accepted with all the other immoral attributes of life, but one type of farting has.It may not be common to a non-athlete but FARTLEKING has taking the sports world by storm.
Fartleking is the swedish term for “speed play” meaning fast agility excercises or routines.
Fartleking form of conditioning which puts stress mainly on the aerobic energy system due to the continuous nature of the exercise. Most fartlek sessions last a minimum of 45 minutes and can vary from aerobic walking to anaerobic sprinting. Fartlek training is generally associated with running, but can include almost any kind of exercise.
“Here’s how a typical fartlek session would work. After a steady warm-up, simply pick a landmark – for example a tree, lamp-post, or phone box – and run to it hard, then jog until you’ve recovered. Then pick another landmark, run hard to that, recover and so on” ,says a coach from a RW contributing editor magazine.
Fartleking has become a fashionable and efficient way to lose un-wanted weight and should be greatly influenced in the this transitional age into “LOSING WEIGHT”.Maybe you should give fartleking a try.
