First I would recommend buying either weight gainer or matrix protein drinks you can buy them at any health store. If you have work out equipment you are in good shape if u don’t no worries. If you have a work out center or gym make a list for your self to do certain exercises either every day or every other day, ex. Monday-bench press- 3 sets of 10 reps. After you finish your work out for the day take your protein with in 90 minutes after your work out after 2 weeks you should of gained 10 pounds of muscle. I used this method as a freshman and weighed 100 pounds and than sophomore i came back at 153 pounds by senior year i was 235. As time goes on you will be able to lift more and gain more weight because of your new strengh, P.S, it doesn’t happen over night, takes some time.
