Hey Bro: You Need Your Brain Muscles to Get Good Physique

The best way to invest your time is on something which will outlast. What better than your own health.

Hi Everyone!!

HOLD your thought any further before you start guessing WHY you need your Brain Muscles to get the desired Physique (body). What has the Brain muscle to do with you getting Good Biceps or for that matters Reduce Fats or Gain Muscles.

The Answer to this lies in some facts. The fact that you can observe within you or by visiting a Gym or by observing someone who trains in the GYM.

                                                                 ‘” Wondering??”"

Anyone who has been to the GYM will know that out of 50 guys in the GYM on an average only 4-5 people walk around with good Physique. Why are others not having it although they have been training/eating as well (so what if irregularly).  What does it take to get a good Physique?

                                                                 ‘”Still Wondering??”"

How many times have you heard from your friends/people around or your GYM Trainer that there are 3 essential things required to get a Good Physique. They are EXERCISE- FOOD & REST. (I guess more than100 times).  The longer you have been into building/maintaining your body the more you must have heard about this.

Anyone who says this to you (whether a beginner or professional) is absolutely Right!!

                                                         
                                                                      “RESULTS”

What matters of course is “Results”.  Have U achieved it? Well, doesn’t take rocket science to get the answer. All U need to do is take a look at your self.  Before I get to unveil the facts about getting a Good Physique, let me caution you about a big mistake you may end up doing.

                                                                  ”BIGGEST MISTAKE”

Do you know of people who have never been to any GYM but still carry good physique? Do you know anyone who eats any junk available in this world and still carries good physique? Any Friend who works out very irregularly and still carries bigger biceps than you.  You might be wondering why so, even though you might be working twice as hard as your friend.

Well, fortunately for your friend and unfortunately for you some people are born with Good Genetics. This means that even the minimum effort can get them a Good Physique. They may not necessarily exercise well, eat anything and not have proper rest which is supposed to be the essential to get a Good Body.  Bottom Line is, never assume the Obvious to be true. Even though the guy might have a splendid physique he may know nothing about bodybuilding. He/She can only build his own body (just because he is born with good genetics) but will not be able to help you build or loose your body. So don’t fall in Big Size Trap. Catch hold of a professional or Good Trainer to help you get a Good Physique.

                                                               “GOOD BODY FOR YOU”

Many Times I have been asked this question (I am sure anyone training might have heard this question several times). This question is about a percentage. You come across guys who want to know the percentage benefit from Food and Exercise. Is Diet and Exercise Benefit 30:70 OR 80:20 OR 50:50.

What this question means that if I am Exercise regularly but If I am not following good diet then too I will get 70% benefit or 50% benefit or vice versa( depending upon the ratio you set for yourself). I am sure those training must have surely understood what I mean..

By the Way, I have a question for you. What is the benefit ratio according to you for EXERCISE- FOOD & DIET?

                                                                               “ANSWER”                                                         

Any Ratio you give to me is wrong unless your answer is 100:100:100. Now you know why I mentioned don’t fall in the TRAP of Big guys with only Good Genetics and no knowledge about bodybuilding. (I am sure many big guys might have given you an answer other than 100:100:100)

Most films are incomplete without a hero, heroin and a villain. Similarly you will not get any results (unless you are born with good genetics) if you miss even one from the 3 required elements (FOOD-REST-EXCERCISE) to get the desired Body. Not even 10% percent result after years of training. To prove I am Right just visit any GYM and you will find guys with no change after years of Training. If it is 70:30 or 50:50 or any other figure then why are there many guys in the Gym who train regularly not even seeing 10% result?

                                        WHY? 100:100:100% (FOOD-REST-EXCERCISE)

All this while, people with Good Genetics have dominated my story.  What about people who are not lucky enough to be been born with Good Genetics. How do they get the desired physique?? All they need to do is understand the 3 terms (FOOD-REST-EXCERCISE) which you have heard hundred times by now. (Only heard but not understood as yet). If you have taken the efforts to Read until now then take some more time to understand the role of FOOD-REST-EXERCISE and get yourself the desired physique.  Once you get the answer to the WHY you are about to start using your BRAINS to get the Desired outcome (Good Body).  That’s why I say “Learn the Trade and not the tricks of the Trade”.

      LETS BEGIN WITH UNDERSTANDING THE EXERCISE FIRST THEN WITH FOOD AND THEN WITH REST.

Exercise (Training): It’s a must whether you want to gain weight or reduce weight.  Of course you can reduce weight or gain weight without exercise also by following proper Diet but your body will not have the ecstatic (looks) and you still will shy away from the mirror. So it doesn’t serve the purpose.

                                              HOW EXERCISE HELPS TO LOOSE WEIGHT.

Have you heard of the word Calorie? The food you eat all day is measured in terms of calories.

For e.g.-(Approximate Figures)

Apple – 60 calories
Banana – 80 calories
Rice Plate-400 calories

Suppose this is your full day intake. Total comes to 540 Calories in a day. If you wish to reduce weight all you need to do is burn more than 540 calories and you will start loosing weight. If you eat 800 calories a day then in order to loose weight you need to burn more than 800 calories a day.

                                                                 BURNING CALORIES

How to Burn Calories? Of course not with Fire but with exercise! Not many people know this but we all burn calories not only during exercise but we burn calories throughout the day (while sleeping, talking, typing etc).

For EG- Approximate Figures…

30 minutes sitting may burn approx 40 calories,
Driving for 30 minutes may burn around 80 calories
Playing guitar for 30 minutes can burn you around 120 calories and so on…

Well, the figures are not fixed. They vary as per every individual body structure, Metabolism rate and so on. The Advantage exercise gives you here is that you can burn even 500 calories in an hour or 2 of workout so you can reduce weight quickly.

It is Simple math to loose weight. The Formula is simple” Create Calorie Deficit” Burn more than what you eat whole day.

                                                          GAIN WEIGHT

If you don’t exercise and eat a lot you will gain weight but what you will gain is fat and no muscles and fat always looks bad on a body. It is the muscles which has a great look. Women’s don’t gain muscles even if they weight train unless they take some testosterone or related supplements so no need to worry.

                                                     HOW TO GAIN MUSCLES         

Have you wondered why your body is not responding to weight and you are no longer gaining any additional muscles (Although you train well, eat enough and even take adequate rest).

No Suspense.. I have the answer for you…

First thing is to understand that we don’t build muscles in the gym we break muscles during workout. When you train in the Gym you damage your muscle cells at a microscopic level. The muscles cells are broken and when the body repairs it they become big and that’s how you keep growing muscles. The increase in the muscle cell is called as Hypertrophy. This Hypertrophy ensures that the same level of intensity will not cause the damage to the muscle cells. This means if you are not increasing the poundage or increasing the repetition then you won’t see any again.

To need continues progress you need to break the body’s Hypertrophy state and the only way to do it is to increase the weight or increase the repetition.

Bottom line- You don’t build muscles in the GYM you break them so that they become bigger and stronger.                                                       

                                                                             FOOD

As you need some raw-material, bricks etc to build a house, similarly you need raw material to build muscles. The raw material required to build muscles is FOOD.  Which means that if you train in the GYM and not have adequate food then you wont grow muscles because it is your fault that you did not give your body the adequate raw material ( food) to gain muscles and that’s when you see no result even after training for years and which is why I keep saying 100:100:100 ratio for EXERCISE-FOOD AND REST,

                                                                               REST

Okay, let say you have worked out and also supplied raw material (Food) to the body to gain muscles. IF you think that’s enough then u are wrong. Once the muscles cells are broken they need to be repaired with the help of food so that they become bigger and stronger.  Repair work only and only happens while you take rest which means even after working your heart out in the GYM, taking adequate food if you are not providing adequate rest then you see no result because it is your fault that you didn’t allow time for the muscle repair work to happen.

Also remember 6 hours of undisturbed sleep is better than 10 hours of disturbed sleep.

After understanding the importance of FOOD-EXERCISE AND REST, start applying by training in the gym, take help from someone who knows about Food and follow a proper diet and take at least 6-8 hours of sleep.
