Hip Stretching

Here are some tips to help you stretch your hips.

The right leg is stretched.

This exercise is applicable after long immobilization, during the training of the sportiest, before competition.

The stretching must be implemented very slowly with holding 5 seconds at the end of each exercise.

For advanced rehabilitation and professional sportiest the stretching of the flexors of the hip is continued as it’s shown the picture above.

The stretching must stop when the pain appears.

Streching exersices are good for healthy people too and tonify the whole body.
