How to Become a Tank
Learn how to become a muscular truck.
This will teach you how to get really strong and muscular like a body builder. From the bullied you can become the bully even though you shouldn’t bully anyone… Best thing is this doesn’t require you to buy any health drink or medicine to make you work harder.
To become tank you have to be really disciplined. It doesn’t come in one day or even one month. This also requires you to make a plan and I will get on to that later. The food you eat also has to be monitored if you want results and of course do everything this says.
You need weights. You can either get them from the shop or fill a bag with sand or something. I don’t care if you lift your baby brother but you need two things that weigh 6kg each. You will life these 100 times on each arm every morning . After lifting those you do 100 pushups in sets of 20, which means you do 20 and rest and repeat until you reach a 100. Then you take the weights and put it behind your head and lift a 100 times on each arm. I know this is tiring so for the weight-lifting you can do 50 and take a rest. After that to build your stomach muscles do 50 sit-ups. Repeat this whole process at night. Make a plan for yourself and write down what you have to do and what time you are doing it, it helps a lot. ~~~THIS IS FOR HOME AND IF YOU DON’T HAVE ACCESS TO A GYM~~~
If you have access to a gym go there twice a week and work out for about 2 hours. This will be a great exercise and you will become tank soon. If you don’t know what to do look for a trainer or go to classes in the gym. The gym has equipment that you can’t buy unless your’re like super rich and if that is the case good for you!
IMPORTANT: If you are following the HOME part always sit down when you are working with weights. If you stand up when you’re working out it isn’t good for your body and you won’t grow. Unless you want to stay short sit down when working with weights.
