How to Build Calves
Building calves.
Building calves is very difficult. Some exercises are helpful in developing calves.
- Stand straight and move your toe in circular motion with one feet. Repeat it with other leg.
- Stand straight. Keep your feet apart. Now rotate your knees in circular motion keeping your rest of body still.
- Keep a place of wood( 2 inch high) on the floor . Now stand straight with your feet fingers on wood and heels on floor. Now raise your heels of the floor, putting your whole weight your fingers. now lower down your heels. Repeat.
- Running, swimming, walking and cycling also help in building calves.
But do consult with your doctor before trying out these exercises.
