- Nuts
- Dried fruit
- Avocados
- Oil (olive, canola, etc.)
- Rice, maize (prefer whole grain)
- Fish
- Lean other meat

You could, of course, eat high calorie junk food, sugary drinks, and fatty meat just to get calories in, but they may be unhealthy in other ways. But note that many processed and prepared foods contain wheat, so it would be better to prepare your own food out of single ingredients mostly found at the sides of the grocery store.
Obviously, when you gain weight, you want to make sure that your body composition is healthy with respect to percentage muscle versus percentage fat. Doing weight training exercise, along with sufficient protein intake, should help with ensuring that some of your gains come from muscle.
