How to Get a Six Pack
I will tell you some certain exercises to get a six pack.
Getting a six pack is very hard. Most people quit because they do thousands of crunches every day. But never show that big of results. To get a six pack you gotta do a bunch of different ways of working abs and running and eating right or you will never get a six pack. 1st off you gotta eat healthy. None of those horrible junk foods. Eat lots of vegetables and fruits. It will work out in the long run. 1st off this is what exercises you need to do.
- Knee ups 20
- Leg lifts 20
- Bicycles 20
Rest for 10-20 seconds
- Reverse crunches 20
- Normal crunches 20
- Hip thrusts 20
Rest for 10-20 seconds
- Cross crunches 20
- Cross touching sides 20
- Cross legged crunches 20
That is all one set. You should do 2-3 sets every other day with running on your off days.

Can another type of cardiovascular exercise be sustituted for running? I cannot run due to having a bad right knee, I have had three operations on my knee, injuries which I received from being in the military.
Currently I do cardio exercise on the cybex, which is non-impact.

the only other thing i can think of is working on a bike. cuz i usually do HIIT and it works great. but since you have a bad knee it i would jsut try a bike
