How to get a nice and fat free six-pack in four weeks.

Role of genetics: a six-pack Anyone can grow, but not everybody has the same metabolism and make one more bold than others, but everyone can if perseverance.

Role of cardio / nutrition: It is (obviously) impossible fat way to get your abdominal muscles to train. Let it first be clear. You may your belly so hard to train as you want, if fat is over, you see nothing of course.

The fat on the abdomen is the hardest way to get your body stores fat first on the abdomen and the buttocks (genetically determined) and burned it last because it is least in the way for them to contribute. So it takes quite a perseverance if you want fat wegkrijgen. So you have to do fat burning, as I do, I do this by running and you should of course burn more calories than you take. The first 20 minutes you burn the alcohol and sugars are present in the body. Then begins the actual fat (more or less).

There is no way of burning fat on the abdomen to stimulate so perseverance is the only way. You can not go starving yourself, you have your calorie intake will not drastically reduce! Because all these so-called diet strategies you lose only muscle and moisture. Those pounds are then later to double and thick.

In order to get your stomach tight and a six-pack appear to conjure is a combination of abdominal muscle exercises, healthy diet and cardio training

Training:

  • Lower Ab Crunch – 15 repetitions
  • Lying Leg Raise – 15 repetitions
  • Side Crunch – 15 repetitions
  • Knee Ups – 15 repetitions
  • Lying Crunch – 15 repetitions
  • Back Hyper Extension – 15 repetitions
  • Active rest (two to three minutes) in which these “exercises” do:
  • Basic Ab Stretch
  • Side Bends
  • Stomach Vacuums

Repeat the cycle without extra rest, yeah sorry i know it hurts, but it works, and i even did it for 2 months – 3 months and now i’ve got a nice and shiney 8-pack so show off to everybody especially the girls they love it.
