How to Get Rid of Man Boobs

If you are a man suffering from man boobs than you know how embarrassing it can be-not only when you’re hanging out at the beach but if you are wearing a T-shirt or some other revealing shirt or sweater.

If you’ve worked out or exercised regularly, have had a proper diet, and you’re your body fat down, you probably don’t have to worry about man boobs. On the other hand, if you haven’t exercised regularly enough, haven’t had a proper diet and have too much body fat, chances are you’ve got man boobs.

There’s no reason to fret or to run out and try to find a Manssiere or Bro. It is possible to get rid of those man boobs by doing a few simple exercises as well as maintaining a good diet.

First of all, diet is important in order to maintain normal and acceptable body fat. If your body fat is over 30% chances are getting rid of your man boobs is going to be more difficult. To be sure, all the chest exercises in the world aren’t going to help unless you get your body fat down to 20% or below. Get rid of a lot of saturated fats in your diet.

Some fitness trainers and gurus have different ideas and suggestions for what type of exercise is the best for tightening up those boobs. One trainer suggested avoiding the flat bench press because, as he put it, you already have the muscle mass there, why keep on increasing it? The best way according to one fitness guru is to work the upper chest area to create support by upper incline press (dumbbells on the incline bench). It makes a lot of sense when you consider that what you are really trying to do is support what muscle mass one already has with their pectorals.

Additionally, having a regular cardio-vascular regimen-whether it is jogging or elliptical cross trainers-can also help to reduce man boobs. Ten or fifteen minutes on the treadmill or cross trainer three-five times a week is enough to firm up those pectorals and help to reduce one’s man boobs.

If you are working out regularly now and have been for sometime you don’t have much to worry about; on the other hand, if you haven’t been working out and you’ve been lax with your diet, you might want to consider these tips and suggestions to help get rid of your man boobs or prevent getting them in the first place.
