How to Lose One Stone in Two Weeks!

Sick of being a fat loser? Well now to can destroy your obesity and become super slim!
So you want to become super slim or "attractive" to the opposite sex. This short little guide will explain to you how many have gotten slim in little under two weeks!
1. Are you sure you want to do this?
2. Will you give up as soon as you lose the weight?
3. Read on for the guide…
Since I cannot seem to be able to type in the text box, I’ll tell you the super secrets which I’ve never told anyone else…
1. Set your meals out each day write it on a piece of paper what the meals are for today, and don’t eat anything else!
2. Exercise for one hour a day! Any exercise will do!
3. Get lots of sleep!
4. Don’t drink beer what so ever! Beer is really fattening!
5. Even when you’ve lost one stone keep with it to maintain good health!
