Below are some mistreatment to your back, and easy tips of how to maintain your back health.

1. Stress
The back is very sensitive to muscle tension from daily stress. Your back muscles will get spasm (seizures) when it is in the state of weak and stiff. This condition causes the blocking of the blood flow that carries oxygen, so that your muscle will lack of oxygen. As a result, you will experience more severe pain if this is not treated immediately. So, to maintain your back health, you have to stay away from stress, learn to relax and to cope with stress

2. Bad body posture
Bad body posture causes the curvature of the spine is not in a straight line. The spine will be injured easily and cause the premature abnormalities in the discus. The fragile discus is no longer able to be a cushion of the vertebrae. Abnormalities due to bad body posture is an over curved spine either to the front or rear. The same thing can occur because of sudden movement in the exercise, for example when you move to another direction suddenly. Live a healthy lifestyle by knowing how to do daily activities appropriately and keep your weight balanced to maintain your back health.

5. Osteoarthritis
The aging process causes the discus protruding or out from the proper place and produce such new bone like a spur that causes inflammation of the joints accompanied by pain. Good body posture and good spinal care usually can restore your back health.
