How to Quickly Increase Muscle Size and Mass

Learn how to easily and effectively acquire lean strong and tone muscles.

                        

 

Professional body builders and average gym warriors alike will both agree; the overall goal of any successful work out program is to gain size and muscle mass.  Unfortunately, accomplishing this is not always as easy it sounds.  Gaining muscle mass is not as simple as lifting more weights or for longer repetitions. Our bodies are precision machines, and because of this, we cannot just bully our way into the results we want.  If the above describes you, then this article is a must read.  It describes simple, yet effective ways on how to gain muscle mass, providing advice that you may have overlooked.  Perhaps by following some of this advice, you will be able to get over that next hurdle and finally gain the body of your dreams. 

 

A)   Do not overlook the importance of free weights.  Free weights, such as dumbbells, play an integral part of building size and muscle mass.  If you just focus on using weight lifting machines, you are only focusing on static positions; this only allows you to work out a few muscles at a time.  Free weights force you to engage all of your muscles simultaneously, helping you gain size and mass. 

                   

B)   Do not follow the same routine every single day.  It has been repeatedly proven that workout routines that include varied exercises and positions are the most successful.  By varying your routine, you do not allow your muscles to get accustomed to the same movements; this forces them to respond quickly and effectively. 

                   

 

C)   Of course, if you have really hit the wall, and have tried just about everything else, then you are probably at the stage where you need to incorporate a dietary supplement, such as protein.  Supplements, like protein, are always incorporated in the best muscle building programs.

 

d)   Do not, however, just start taking protein.  The goal is to gain lean strong muscle.  That is why it is important to follow a strict diet.  This helps build muscle and get rid of fat.
