Hints and tips to stay at your very best.

Your heart is one of the most vulnerable organs to disease. More people die of Heart Disease then any other cause in the United States every year. We are going to talk about how to take good care of your heart and how to build muscle and/or stamina depending on what your looking for in a work out. Everything will be covered from how to gain lots of muscle to being strong but still keeping your figure for you females who might take a look at this.

Muscle Building

To build muscle you have to focus on two main things. Taking in a lot of protein and lifting weights. I recommend definitely eating a good breakfast in the morning with eggs. Eggs are a great source of protein and don’t taste bad either, it beats protein shakes or bars that don’t taste so hot. You can get a well balanced machine like bowflex or get a subscription at a local gym. Work on three different muscle groups, 1 a day.

Day 1-You should focus on your upper body building. You should do a variety of exercises like push-ups to bench pressing. Never underestimate the little stuff like push-ups, it works the muscles that aren’t worked during a bench press, also do free weights. Aim to go a little higher every week or so till you can lift the desired weight you want to lift.

Day 2-You should work on your leg muscles. Machines are available that put weight on your legs to strengthen them. This is good for men and women but I definitely recommend that women do this. It helps when you have to give birth. Also if you ever need to defend yourself in a fight it will be easier. This doesn’t take long to work the legs so do this when you know your going to be tight on time.

Day3-Go and run on the tread mill. It doesn’t matter how long as long as you feel the burn before your done. This will better condition those new muscles in your legs plus it will build up the strength of your heart and will decrease the chances of you getting heart disease when you get older.

Diet

Diet isn’t really that hard to figure out. Burn more calories then your taking in and you’ll lose weight, If your average size and you exercise you’ll gain weight at first then start to build muscle. What you eat is very important. If your looking to gain lots of muscle then you should eat eggs at least once a day. Your going to get sick of them quickly but they are loaded with protein which your muscle needs to develop faster and stronger. Having A Healthy Diet is key to being healthy and living a good life.

Slim Building

If you want to be strong but not look like a football player where your huge, all you have to do is run more then you lift. When new muscle forms it’s still got impurities in it. When you run and sweat it burns the impurities out of the muscle and makes it smaller. You have to run after lifting though to do this, other wise the impurities will go away and the muscle will strengthen staying the size it is.

Size

If your looking for size and not really stamina just lift weights a lot. If you want to build stamina to then run on separate day’s then when you lift weights and you’ll build up your stamina and keep that muscle size your looking for.
