Recreational Activities for Exercise

Ways to make exercise not so boring.

Who hates exercise? I do! But I love working out, now how does that work? Well I’ll tell you, Getting on the treadmill for an hour or lifting weights at the gym is so boring we all know it, but working out and getting exercise isn’t just about boring ourselves at the gym.

Ever notice how these sexy people walk by and when we ask them how they do it, they say they haven’t even set foot in the gym, especially the male athletic types? Well that’s just it! These athletes, they play sports and do stuff they enjoy, and that’s what give them their work out.

You don’t have to “exercise” to be in shape and be healthy. Sport-like activities are running and jumping, cardio and muscle building and that’s what it takes to really be in good shape. On top of that, enjoying the activity and being able to go on for hours makes it so much easier to stay in shape.

So you don’t like sports? Fine neither do I, but what about dancing? Yea that’s what I thought, everyone loves to dance even if you suck at it, and there are tons of different kinds, belly dancing, hip-hop dancing, and ballroom dancing and for some of you sexy minxes’, pole dancing, there are classes everywhere and they’re an unbelievable work out.

Ok so you’re not a dancer, how about swimming? That’s right just hanging out and paddling in the pool is a great work out and you don’t even realize it, it puts water resistance on your joints and provides muscle resistance without weights. Don’t like bathing suits? Alright what about yoga, fun aerobics classes with your friends, walking classes, there are any number of fun activities that work you and you don’t even think its exercises because it’s fun! Can’t find anything that suits you? Fine…Then go to the gym.
