Running: A Fun Way to Get in Shape

For some people, running is the joy of life. For most, however, running is a challenge and not always fun. Many think of running as a chore, but it can actually be fun and fulfilling if you do a few simple things.

  31. Me and my dogs have (pretty much) that same routine down. I grab my zune, hook up my dogs, and we go out for our walk every morning. These are some great tips.

  32. I like the “set goals”. It worked for me, I progressed for 2 months, starting at 1 mile, to be able to run a 10K!

  57. I find running a challenge also but really need to do it to get in shape. I’m starting out with walking first then will do intervals of walking, jogging, and running.

  58. I just started running…it’s been hard but I find that by increasing the time by one minute every day makes it easier.
