For some people, running is the joy of life. For most, however, running is a challenge and not always fun. Many think of running as a chore, but it can actually be fun and fulfilling if you do a few simple things.

Me and my dogs have (pretty much) that same routine down. I grab my zune, hook up my dogs, and we go out for our walk every morning. These are some great tips.

I like the “set goals”. It worked for me, I progressed for 2 months, starting at 1 mile, to be able to run a 10K!

It is easy to see how running could be viewed as a chore! The article points out excellent ways to lessen the load, I think running with a partner is also key to keeping a routine!

This was great, running is such a healthy exercise and it’s addicting. I love listening to my iPod when running, it helps get me pumped up. But I should start planning my route, nice advice.
