This is the Best Way to Get Tighter Legs and Abs!
Guys, sit ups in bed with your lady sitting on top of you, will give you the six pack you’ve only dreamed about. Do at least 4 reps of 25 per rep, slow and easy so that you can enjoy your workout.This has to be done at least four times a week. Once in the morning, Once at night.You will see the change and love it!
Ladies, you can get your thighs tight by squating on top of your guy. Moving slowly up and down. Also, you can tighten your inner thighs by keeping your toes pointed while your legs are in a V position. The wider the legs are open the more the inner thigh will tighten. This will help you to develop the long and lean sexy legs you’ve only dreamed about.
It is important to do this V workout together at least five times a week. Use all of your props in the bedroom, especially pillows, they are the best for propping up the body for better positioning.
The bed posts are great for arm lifts. Your guy should be positioned behind you holding your waist. Its great for toning all arm muscles.
In closing your SeXercise, make sure you do the partner stretch , this is when you bend over touching your toes , and your guy is standing tall behind you ,with his arms firmly around your waist, as you are ending your stretch ,take in the moment relaxing with candles, massaging each other, with your mind and body at ease.
