Simple Ways to Achieve Six Pack Abs

  1. I have recently read too much of aerobic can actually increase the risk of heart failure. Weight training preferred instead. However, running and yoga are the only exercises I follow and I am happy with how my body looks – although it doesn’t have a very prominent six-pack.
