You’ve probably wondered when the best time to exercise is! Well the best time for me is in the morning, I can get it over and done with and not feel guilty when it gets to the end of the day and I haven’t exercised. There are also many experts who say that exercising in the morning is an important part of a successful exercise and weight loss. Here are 6 reasons why you should exercise in the morning:
- Metabolism- exercising in the morning will jumpstart your metabolism into starting, which will mean that your body will be burning more calories throughout the day, as your metabolism is in fat burning mode.
- Energized – Because you have exercised in the morning and you have raised your metabolism you will be feeling more energized and in a better mood all day, without the need of your morning coffee to wake you up!
- Motivation – Exercising in the morning can help to motivate you into living a healthy lifestyle, as you will be building exercise into your everyday life.
- More Energy – You have more energy on a morning, which will make exercising easier, as you have had hours of sleep, then on an evening when you have been awake all day.
- Goal – Exercising on a morning allows you to wake up everyday with the goal of exercising. This can help to motivate you to wake up early to get your exercise done for the day, meaning you are more likely to exercise on a morning because you have a goal for the day.
- Mental Activity – Some research suggests that exercise helps to improve mental activity and concentration, therefore exercising in the morning means that you will be at your best mentally throughout the day instead of late at night.
If you can get the motivation and willpower to exercise on a morning, soon you will be doing it everyday. It will eventually become part of your daily life and activities and you will be seeing and feeling the benefits in no time!!
