The Best Diet For The Best Body

A lot of people wonder what the best diet is and what kind of body they should look to achieve. Here are my guide lines. I outline some exercises that will help you achieve the best results.

I could recommend to you some of the hottest diets in the markets today, endorse some gym chain, or some home self-improvement product, but I would be a hypocrite. There is no such thing as a perfect diet. The reasons are simple and obvious.

Remember back when you were a kid in kinder garden to 3rd grade. Did anyone care about what body type you were back then? People made friends with you for who you were not what you were carrying or not carrying. Not what you looked like, but the type of person you were. That was the time when you developed real friendships but broke them because of choice, moving away, or changing schools. So obviously you can’t go back to the past become that kid again. After all you are mature and wiser now.

What you can do is become even wiser and more mature to realize that what ever is making you feel fat, or thin or just plain bad inside is all in your head. It is true every one needs moderate exercise and a well portioned diet to stay healthy and live long, but now-a-days people are taking it to the extreme. Steroids, diet pills, exercise gimmicks make you feel that you can achieve what you assume to be the perfect body. But the fact is people of all sizes, shapes and weights are beautiful!

So why are we stupid enough to fall for these hazardous or money grubbing self improvement tricks? It is for the opposite sex. We feel that if we buy those diet pills, or that exercising machine, use steroids, we will make our self more attractive. But if there is no “self”, who will we be making more attractive?

That is what some of the diet pills do to us. They give us a momentary boost of confidence, or momentary self satisfaction. And when all this stuff stops working, we are more miserable than when we started out. The result, we buy even more or work harder. No one has it in them to return the equipment, because we will seem like losers. The people on TV got the results, how come, we can’t? As for the question of sex appeal, there wouldn’t be any sex appeal without the sex. Let me tell you that people of all body types have sex. They are all appealing. Maybe some shallow people only find the people with perfect abs or ripped chest sexually appealing. Next time some one tells you getting six pack abs and chiseled biceps will make you more attractive, you look them right in the eye and tell them that they are self pitying, narcissistic, unrealistic losers.
