To find the best workout music you will need to count the BPM of the music. You can do this by using a stop watch and counting the number of times you hear the main beat, then double this number and you will have the BPM.
When you are creating your exercise playlist, you should start and finish with some slow tempo music for your warm up and cool down. While your cardio or weight training part should have some fast tempo music. However if you are interval training you should have a mix of slow and fast tempo music in order to match when you are exercising at a high and low intensity.
