The Start Of A Successful Journey Through Online Writing

About my very first writing here. My expectations of this new found online writing – Triond.

The article body is now eager to wait me to type more words to express myself about this new found online writing web. I am not new to an online writing as I wrote some articles in different online writing webs. I do not earn yet because I am still on the process of creating more original writings. I really wanted to write online to express to all mankind not only my writings but the content of the articles which are beneficial to all people in the world. Some of my favorite topics are about health and fitness, as of now, through the years many people in this part of the world were died, many are dying in the sickness that brought by unhealthy diet and lifestyle. More and more people get sick due to obesity because of no regular exercise and eating unhealthy foods mostly the foods with more cholesterol. How we can solve that problem? As a model for this, I want my body firm and fit. I exercise daily and eat food in a balance way.

There are many benefits of daily exercise. One benefit is that you can look younger than your age. You are confident always and do all your daily routine in a simple way. Your body and mind are always on alert. You can avoid sickness such as arthritis, back pain, osteoporoses, rheumatism, and many more.   For me I suggest that everybody will do the exercise daily, 30 to one hour is good for the body. You can jog or run, do the aerobics and simple exercises. There are many kind of exercises online, like exercises for the different parts of the body such as exercise for the abs, for the arms, for the chest, neck,upper and lower legs etc. Try to beat your bad lifestyle. Instead of eating yummy foods which are more on cholesterol why not observe and do the exercise regularly. Try to start now and you will be benefited in the coming days and through the rest of your life. B e optimistic and follow your daily exercise routine. You can create the best exercise for you.

I wish that you can now start your regular exercise. This is for you. Try it and observe what will happen to your body and mind after a month. This is only a friendly suggestion to all of you.
