Tricep Workout
A nice workout explaining how to get those triceps.
Want those bulging tricep muscles? Or to just tighten them up? Here is a simple workout that you can do. The tricep is the muscle on the back of your arm.

Skull Crushers
Start off with 3 sets of skull crushers(other forms/names of this). I use a curling bar but anything else will work. Lay on your back and extend your arms so there at a 90 degree angle. Move your forearms down and keep your elbows in the same place. Do 8-10 of theses per set. Try to add 2.5 or 5lbs each set.

Dips
Dips can be done in a few different ways. I prefer using a couch and chair. Put your fulling extended legs on the chair and hands are gripping the edge of the couch, bench, etc… Allow yourself to drop as much as you can without any discomfort. Do 3 sets of 8-10 reps(or to failure). You can also add weight onto your lap for even greater results.
Elbow Push-ups
Get into the push-up position but put your forearms on the ground. Touch your chest to the ground and push up with your upper arms. Try to concentrate on just using the triceps to push up. Do 2-3 sets till failure.
There are lots of other tricep workouts out there. These are just a few simple ones.

I will give this a try, i have recently started boxing training and i need to bulk up, i already do the tricep dips when im at the gym

I wouldn’t want bulging triceps, but it sure wouldn’t hurt to tighten them up a little.

Biceps look great. I am a lady would workout, but not to the extent of bulk. Nice article.
