Show you how to walk properly! A easy way to become SLIM.
Have you ever thought of walking properly can help you to become slim?
If you know how to walk, then you will be easier to become slim.
If you walk properly, you will find:
- Your calves are less easy to get dropsy.
- Your thighs will become slim. You can put on pants in smaller size.
- Your waist will become slim as well.
Let’s see the picture here! It shows you how to walk properly.

- Our back should be straight enough and be careful not to hunch your back.
- Focus on your abdomen, imagine you push yourself forward on your abdomen to lead a walk.
- When you are moving your legs, you should feel your waist is twisting .
- Always think of walking on a bridge of your shoulder size.
- Swing your arms freely as in the picture.
Important to remember the following tips:
- You should feel the muscle on your abdomen and your thighs when you are walking.
- When you walk, it seems that you kick your leg out. Most important, the supporting point is beneath your big toe when your sole leave the ground and swing your leg out .
- Your heel should be the first part to touch the ground.
You should walk in this way and make it to be your habit to walk like this.
You will know how great it helps you to become slim only by walking in about 2 -4 weeks, of course it varies person to person.
You will get the best result unknowingly and you will be happy with its result!
