Work Out of the Day

Sets of tens work out that you can do in your own home.

So this is for all of you that don’t have the time or money to hit the gym!

find an area in the house or out doors with some space to move around.  All you will need is resistant bands, jump rope, and some energy!

First warm up for 5 minutes by walking around your home indoors or outdoors, doesn’t matter just keep your body moving.

Everything is done in Reps of 10, go right into the next listed exercise, as they are listed in order.

10 jumping jacks

10 lunges in place

10 push-up’s

10 sit-up’s

10 punches

10 kicks each leg

repeat starting from the top: do this three times, then cool down with a nice 10 minute brisk walk. Enjoy!
