Working Out

Women who don’t work out aren’t lazy.

If you feel a failure because you hate the gym, it may just be that you need to redefine physical activity.  It is too much hassle to exercise, so it puts you off.  The excuses like going swimming today but, you have washed your hair yesterday and don’t feel like carting a wet towel around all day,  and,  that you haven’t shaved your legs, shouldn’t be thought of.

When you feel this way, you are allowing yourself to be put off going anywhere.  If you invest in a pair of trainers, you like, and, commit to walking places  then there is no need for stress and the extra bags, ans shampoo any way.

It is tedious, if you force yourself to do something, you tend to hate it than enjoy the task.  Exercise can be fun, if you mix in some socialising, invite friends over and do it together.  Time consuming, you are always too busy, to go the gym.  The problem is that women don’t prioritise themselves.  Instead, of waiting until your diary is freed up, so you can go to the gym, start today, even if it is just cycling to visit a friend.
