The best part for skinny peoples is that they do not have to lose weight and they have a higher metabolic rate which helps them burn fats faster. For skinny people it is important that they consume more calories than they can burn.about 3000-5000 is ideal. This should be done in the form of well proportioned meals through out the day in the form of breakfast, lunch, dinner and 3 snacks. A balanced diet to cover all food groups is necessary, this way the muscles gets hydrated and well fed.

Exercises for skinny people involves at least 30 minutes spent three times a week. It is important to do a workout of your whole body rather than just focusing on a single part. Most of the people got to the gym and focuses on a specific group of muscles a day in the week, that way each part of the body gets trained once a week, well it may work for some people, but skinny people need a better rounded up program to work on all the muscle groups at once.

The important thing for skinny people is to be able to see results quickly compared to fat people. These can be achieved be doing some basic workouts or big basic exercises which recommend a full body workout. These exercises helps in building muscle mass on a skinny body. The big basic exercises include squats, bench press and woodchoppers. They also include stretches, bicep curls, lifts and rows. 8 to 12 repetitions and 3 sets are recommended for skinny people.
