Workouts
Workout to suit your fitness style.
If you…
Work long hours: Break up your sessions so they are half-an-hour each, or walk to work instead. If you only have 20 minutes to spare for a workout, do a weight program (it is the most efficient way to train if you have less than half-an-hour).
Lose interest easily: Train with a friend and find an activity that interests you, such as rollerblading or belly-dancing.
Slack off too soon: Do classes. It is easier to keep motivated (and not give up) when someone is telling you what to do.
Pick drinks over the gym: Remind yourself you will feel more refresh, less guilty and slimmer if you do a quick workout before going for drinks.
Do not have much time: If you can spend time watching TV or talking on the phone, is not higher body confidence worth an hour of your time?

Hi Bujie…
You look like Jericho Rosales, a Filipino actor… search for him to compare. I think you work out and it seems you have abs.
I’m not into workout, I’m into performing arts (i.e. dancing and so forth, read my profile). That’s why I’m fit. hehehe…
Interested to see comments from you.
Best regards,
