Yoga Pilates Exercises Introduction
Benefits of Pilates exercises are same as Yoga workout.
Pilates exercise is a type of body and mind, which means it requires your full concentration, but in return delivers fantastic results. Under the right guidance for the minimum time you can achieve maximum results, it is not necessary to spend hours exercising.
Joseph Pilate was the founder of this method. Pilate and Yoga exercises are very beneficial for training dancers, athletes, actors and singers. This method was adopted by various famous celebrities such as Martha Graham, Katharine Hepburn, Sir Laurence Olivier, Gregory Peck and Madonna. You may wonder to know that Brad Pitt was prepared his body for the role in the movie Troy just by applying Pilate’s method.
Joseph Pilates developed a system of exercises based on the relationship of mind and body, and it is somewhat same as Yoga. He combined ancient wisdom (yoga, Tai Chi, training techniques of ancient Greeks) with current knowledge. This system is designed to restore a healthy posture and movement to create new habits that will allow free movement without excessive muscle tension. Characteristic is the emphasis on precision execution of sub movements of each exercise.
Pilates is a method is safe and effective for maintaining physical fitness at any age. Is it really suitable for everyone, because the effects of rehabilitation.

I tried Pilates at one stage, but unfortunately I chose a bad time to do so, because I was already experiencing back problems and just made it worse. I do believe though and agree with you Web, that it would be a great way to maintain physical fitness. A good article.

I am really mostly worried about upper arm flab more than anything else looking at different instructors in youtube.com, many Pilates trainer developed muscles on the sides of their necks which is a bit unsightly for me. I prefer Yoga only since most of the instructors I see have very graceful figures.
