From an intellectual standpoint, the level of physical fitness is really a test to work well in any direction that drives us to higher consciousness.

It is a huge error to consider people fit as “morbid” or “selfish”. Although you can not subscribe to this thinking, there can still be convinced that exercise is as high as the church is right. All round fitness is, inevitably, prospective, meaning that aspires to a better future – for oneself and others. That only leads to good work for others without hurting anyone and is always radiating and infectious diseases.

Many people believe that the condition can be easily achieved by simply cutting from an undesirable environment, food, unwanted and undesirable air. However, a person can only be healthy in these conditions is still a slave to external things and therefore has not achieved true health. While the air, food and surroundings are really valuable to a physical form, which are not their own health. A body in shape, inevitably, will be free, but their continued reliance on the above, simply means a special form of slavery.

The purpose of following an exercise regime is simply fighting for a better life, both physically and mentally. This can only be reached by entering a mental habit of repeating the aptitude rather than the effects of the prohibition.
