Wow! so glad to learn of these other health properties. I make a gallon of rose tea from dried roses every week and rinse my face with it after washing. There is and immediate pore reduction and immediate supple skin. Now after what I have learned from you guys I am going to drink it too. Is it ok to drink everyday?

Thank you for putting up such a wonderful article. Couldn't agree more! We were given a bag of dried whold rose from Iran. At first the aroma would be so pungent that I was almost discouraged from drinking it all. But then this is what I learned: after pouring hot water for the first time, let it stand unclosed for 3-4 minutes so as to let the aroma floats out before pouring the water away. Refill it and let's wait for a few more minutes. Now, let's enjoy the cool and relaxing pure, untreated rose tea. Sip your heart out!
An elderly man (grandpa of the lady who gave us the rose tea) had this tea for a remedy for his high blood pressure and weakened kidney (need to purify his kidney every week at the hospital). After drinking this tea for a while, he has lower blood pressure and hospital visits stretched!

I've been tasting several kinds of tea, but I just found that my favorite tea is rose tea 2 days ago when I first tasted it. I have been a fan of rose in its shape, red color, and fragrance. Now I'm a big fan of its taste too. If its turned out to have benefits, for me is just a bonus, the important thing is that I like it and I'm happy just by drinking it. Thank you for sharing this info.

I've been drinking rose tea because I thought it tasted good. Glad to know it's helping more than I thought.
