90% of Us May be Infected

Now I understand why people use those sanitary toilet seat papers!Parasite eggs can be anywhere and they can be easily spread among humans. A primary way for parasites to infect humans is through water. Parasites can be passed through contact, for instance, someone who is infected and not very good at washing their hands uses a cart at the grocery store and your the next person who uses that cart. Surprise, now you have the microscopic eggs on your hands. Hopefully you are a person who is a stickler about washing your hands. If you touch your mouth or eyes that is a perfect way for you to get infected. Did you know that  for two months parasites can live under the human fingernail?  So, not only do you want to just wash your hands you want to scrub your nails also! Many people are infected and are not aware of it.

Here are a few ways to avoid parasites…

• Be sure to cook your meat thoroughly(especially pork)for this is a source of parasite infections.
• Wash your fruit and veggies before eating.
• Wash hands often, especially when in public places.
• Don’t allow pets to lick your face.
• Don’t allow pets to sleep in your bed.
• Clean your carpets on a regular basis.
• Parasites like sugar. Refrain from soft drinks and refined sugar.
