A healthy lifestyle is most wanted by each individual. Unfortunately not all dreams come true. Some people will have problem with their health condition and can’t proceeds healthy lifestyle. Therefore body exercise is part of way to maintain healthy lifestyle. Doesn’t matter how much money you have or how rich you are. If you can’t pleasure with what you have due lack of health condition, then may be much thing you have to be more careful such as food and lifestyle. As always many people said, “preventive is better than cure”.

For start, healthy lifestyle must control their food. Base on statistic, almost unhealthy person cause of unbalance ingredient food taken or poison food due not proper clean while prepare the food or may be the food already expired.

Next, with proper and regular exercise, a lot of health problem can be recover especially related with heart and lung. Now days, heart and lung problem always attack people without follow ages. It can attack from babies up to old people. Heart and lung also are called “silent killer” due the way it comes with silent and also sometimes will kill those have heart and lung problem without any signal.

Now a lot of way people can exercise either indoor or outdoor exercise. For indoor can follow as seen on television programs or buy CD or surf internet to get guide how to do indoor exercise. There are also company who sell equipment for indoor exercise such as static bicycle, exercise tools or mini gymnasium. Therefore with regular and proper exercise will help reduce this problem of chronic deceases. Beside that those who want professional trainer can go to nearest gymnasium with this package. Aerobic class also will keep healthy lifestyle as needed.

Then for those who have more time and interest with outdoor activities can continue their activities to fit their health up to excellent level. Anyone can jog around their home area, active with sport such as basketball, soccer, football or other useful activities. Extreme activities such as rock climbing, parachuting and others also contribute for healthy lifestyle.

Obesity also will affect healthy lifestyle. If out of control then other decease such as diabetes, heart problem, hard to breath will attack. Once all the decease harmonies with the patient, it will hard to recover.

As conclusion, a healthy lifestyle means life in happy living without decease and excellent health. Once everybody live a healthy lifestyle, so automatically the community will have quality healthy lifestyle. By default when every community in a healthy lifestyle then by right the district and nation will free from decease and unhealthy lifestyle
