Apply Sunscreen
Sunscreen is a health product not to be used as lipstick or nail polish.
A sunscreen is a health product, try, not to approach it like a lipstick or nail colour.
The best way to apply sunscreen is in lots of little dots, and, then rub in gently, keep spreading the sunscreen until it is just about to go dry- then stop.
In this way you will be sure not to miss bits. It can be tricky if you can’t reach, some parts of your body, get someone to help you do your back, and, don’t forget your ears, face and soles of your feet.
A cosmetic product, has to have a shelf life of thirty months, or an expiry date is available on the package. Throw your sunscreen away, after twelve months, as this is when SPF starts to weaken.
The best way to deal with sunburn, is to keep a body lotion after – sun in the fridge, so it’s extra cooling when applied after a day on the beach, or try wrapping ice in a towel and placing on top of your skin, but, don’t use ice directly on your skin, it can shock the skin.
Try sleeping on slightly damp sheets to ease redness and keep skin cool. Apply sunscreen carefully and use high SPF and put it on every two hours.
