Banish The Double Chin

The double chin is a nagging problem for men and women alike. Here are a few simple exercises that will help in giving you the perfect jaw line you always wished for.

  1. Move your head backwards till you feel the back of your neck muscles fully contracted and a mild stretch on the front of the neck. Holding this position, move chin upwards for an extra stretch.
  2. Turn your head sideways till your chin is almost in the line with your shoulder. Holding this position move your chin towards the shoulder, till you feel a good stretch. DO not move the head while moving the chin and keep your mouth closed at all times. Repeat the same on the other side.
  3. Try neck rolls: This is done by rotating the head in a perfect 360 degree circle both clockwise and anti-clockwise till you feel a flex on one side and a stretch on the other side of the neck. Do 25 counts in both directions.

Note: People suffering with Spondylitis – DO NOT follow these exercises!
