Color Therapy
Color therapy is an excellent ancient therapy. As the seven major chakras in our body are associated with the seven colors of VIBGYOR, they show a major impact on our health.
Recent discoveries also confirmed that colors affect our mood and health. For example if we continuously glare at blue light for some time it regulates our nervous system thus decreases hypertension. If it is red light it enhances the blood pressure.
Colors set right the imbalances in our chakras thereby cure the diseases. It is true. Each color has complementary color.

How is color therapy done?
Eat Colors

Add different colors of foods like vegetables and fruits in your diet to get the benefits. This is the easiest way to get the benefits of colors.
Drink colors

Take a solarized water bottle of required color and fill water in it. Expose the water to sunlight for at least one hour to get it charged. The water gets the power of the color of the bottle by absorbing the solar energy. This water is called solarized water. If the water is kept in red bottle then the water is called red solarized water, if it is orange, then orange solarized water and so on. The longer the water exposed to the sun, the stronger the potency. Take this solarized water in small quantities throughout the day. It is better to drink fresh solarized water daily. But due to the changes in season, it is difficult to charge the water daily. So charge the water when it is hot and store it. Red, orange, green and yellow water can be stored for two days in hot weather and ten days in cold weather. Blue water can be kept for ten days even in hot weather. This is one of the effective ways of color therapy to get result but it is a slow process.
Decorate colors

Decorate you room with required color curtains, pillow covers, bed sheets etc. Decorate one room with the required color bulb. Make sure that the rays fall on you for some time. Then switch off that light. This is the most effective way of getting color therapy and can show immediate results. So don’t get exposed to that light constantly for more than 5 minutes as it may show negative results.

Good job. In college, many BLUE moons ago, I studied the affect of color on the retail environment. Next time you go shopping look at the colors and notice how you feel in that area.
Thanks,
Clay
