Dealing with Stress

There are many ways to deal with and avoid stress. This article will give you some specific ways you can relieve and avoid stress.

How to get rid of stress

  1. When you get stressed out, the first thing you should probably do is to relax. Just sit down or lie down somewhere where you feel comfortable. If you are really stressed, it would be best to take a quiet nap, and let your body naturally wake itself up.
  2. Another way to relieve stress is to release your anger into something (not someone). A good way to do that is to hit a punching bag as hard as you can, or to squeeze a rock as hard as you can. After you squeeze the rock your hand should feel alittle bit more relaxed.
  3. The easiest way to get rid of stress is to get your self to laugh. Watch a funny movie or a television show and let all of your stress just fly out.
  4. Do some kind of hobby, this could be anything you enjoy doing. You should try to avoid doing complicating things because it could get you even more stressed.

How to avoid stress

  1. At least once every week let your body wake up naturally. This means dont use an alarm clock or anything else.
  2. Listen to music when working. Working can become a very stressful activity. Music sometimes helps you to concentrate better and to make your working area more relaxing.
  3. Some people believe that yoga can prevent stress.
  4. Eat breakfeast everyday. Eating breakfeast will make you less tired during the day.
  5. Atleast once a day, have a day off from work where you can relax and enjoy the whole day.
