Don’t Die of Ignorance Since You’ve Got 38 Fantastic Health Rules to Follow
Don’t die early due to lack of health knowledge. The choice is yours, so please adhere to the rules that bring you a healthy and happy life.
- Avoid eating supper as this will put in food load into your stomach, and thus causing the stomach to work overtime. Despite of the long-term fatigue, the stomach will age faster than your expected age. When the stomach does not have an adequate rest, you are more likely to get a stomach cancer as the ulcer or tumor will appear onto the surface of the stomach. When this condition perceives, your stomach will wear out rapidly.
- The intake of eggs should limit to four per week. The more you eat the eggs, the more chances you are putting yourself in a critical health state.
- It is wrong to eat fruit after the meal. The fruit should be taken before the meal but not when your stomach is empty. It is discouraged to take fruits when the stomach is empty as the acidity of the fruits may have indulged or eroded your stomach which may cause a stomach pain or a gastric.
- Females who are in menstruation are strictly not allowed to have green tea. Not only green tea, but also other type of tea is discouraged to take during this period. In contrast, females should increase iron-rich foods to replenish the inadequate iron due to the loss of blood during menstruation to avoid getting anemia (lack of hemoglobin).
- When you drink soy milk, do not add in an egg and sugar as it will harm your health. Take note that soy milk should not be taken too much at one time, but an appropriate amount of soy milk is recommended to take daily.
- Do not eat tomato when your stomach is empty. The tomato is best to eat after the meal to promote a better health.
- When you wake up straightaway from the bed, the first thing you have to do is to replenish your body with an appropriate amount of alkaline water to avoid stones forming in your gallbladder, kidney or in other related organs
- Do not eat anything three hours before getting to bed. If you against this law, you are more likely to become fat. This is because foods that you ate may have remained in your stomach overnight before they are being digested when you wake up from the bed the following morning.
- Reduce your intake of milk tea as it contains high-calorie and no nutritional value which might not be good to your health. If you have a habit of drinking milk tea frequently, you are more likely to suffer from hypertension, diabetes and other underlying diseases two times higher than those who do not drink milk tea.
- The newly baked bread, cakes or cookies should not be eaten straightaway as it has a high possibility to cause cancer and swelling of the stomach
- Avoid yourself from any electrical charges, high-power device or any infrared electrical device that may have released high frequency radiations which lead to the health hazard. These devices should be placed 30 cm or more from the distance where you are. Remember not to put these things close to your bed or bedroom as it will disturb your brain from having adequate rest. In some cases, these high power devices may have caused a brain cancer. Apart from that, you should avoid yourself being exposed to computer’s radiation as it will harm your eyes and may have spoiled your brain’s cells if you stay too long gazing at the computer’s screen. - Drink at least 8 glasses of alkaline water every day to replenish your body with an appropriate amount of water which is lost through sweating, respiration, breathing, urination and defecation. If you drink 10 glasses of alkaline water a day, you help to keep your kidneys away from the cancer. - Drink more water during the day time as you are more active during this time, but take less water during the night time
- Do not drink more than two cups of coffee in a day. The more you drink coffee, the more chances you are going to suffer from insomnia and gastric. In conclusion, coffee is good to our health in 1 to 2 cups, but it may pose health related problems in a large consumption as described in Coffee: Good/Coffee: Bad.
- Cut down the intake of oily food as your stomach requires 5 to 7 hours to completely digest it into a simpler form to be absorbed by the cells. The digestion may cause the blood from the brain to be concentrated in the gastrointestinal causing you to be in a state of dizzy, drowsiness, sleepy and fatigue.
- Do not eat too much but eat less after 5p.m. as your body requires less energy. The more you eat, the more chances you are putting yourself at a high risk.
- Banana, grapefruit, whole-wheat bread, oatmeal, spinach, tomato, cherry, yogurt and low-fat milk are foods that you should eat regularly as they make you feel happy and energetic. - An inadequate sleep or sleep disorder may reduce your memory besides accelerating aging to be taken place in certain parts of your body. Your body needs at least 8 hours to perform well. A 20 to 30 minutes nap is also good to rest your body besides delaying the aging. Sleep disorders is dangerous to your health as documented in Sleep Deprivation is Serious.
- Your body gets good rest from 10p.m. to 6a.m. Make sure you sleep within this time frame so that your body can be fully charged to enable the better performance the next day.
- Drink no more than one cup of liquid or alcoholic drink a day. This is because the alcohol will inhibit the production of the B-cell antibody and thus exposing yourself to a high risk of bacterial infection.
- Swallow soft gel capsule with cold water. “Cold” here does not refer to water mix with ice cubes. Instead, it means naturally cold plain water. Take your medicine one hour before your sleep. Never lie down straightaway when you have just taken medicine.
- Plums are good to take to prevent aging. Those who have a liver problem are encouraged to consume plums frequently to promote the health of liver.
- Take note that hair loss is due to factors include pressure at work, alcohol, trans-fat and cholesterol rich foods, inadequate sleep due to stay overnight, and foods that are enriched with too much sauce, chili, salt and seasonings, MSG and food additives added foodstuff (Food for Thought…the Skinny on MSG and MSG are two excellent resources to explain to you the danger of MSG to your health). Thus, you should cut down these types of foods to prevent hair loss as in a serious case it may lead to balding.
- Increase the intake of cabbage, and beans (warning: this rule is not applied to those who are suffering from thyroid and liver problem) to promote hair growth while reducing the intake of sweetened or fructose added foodstuffs
- Drink one cup of fresh organic lemon or orange juice a day can help repairing the texture of skin, whitening the skin and fading away the mole as well. - An apple a day keeps you staying away from a doctor. The apple is a good medicine particularly for those who are drivers, heavy smokers, drug addicts, workers, salaried staffs and housewives. One day one apple (warning: green apple is not recommended here as its acidic property may erode your stomach, and thus red fresh organic apple is recommended) is a good remedy for clean lungs. - Do not eat fruits or vegetables that are rich in beta-carotene or vitamin A (A carrot which is rich in beta-carotene can bring harm if consumed in large doses as documented in Carrot Addicts May Turn Orange) while you are smoking as this will lead to cancer. Smoking is not good for your health as it may invite cardiovascular, arteriosclerosis (blood hardening) and heart related diseases. You are advised to quit from smoking if you do not want to die too quickly. Try to reduce the cigarette you smoke from 5 a day to as minimal as 2 per day and subsequently stopping from touching any brand of cigarettes. For your information, the cigarette you smoked not only harms your health, but also the smoke that you breathe out will cause cancer to persons who breathe in the air around you. So it is time for you to quit from smoking in order to protect our air from being polluted by the harmful substances found in the cigarette. - All females should not ignore the 5 critical moments in their life. The moments here refer to a period of menstruation, pregnancy, menopause, before and after delivering the birth. Do not drink tea during this period to avoid any unwanted health problems. - Smoking is closely related to cancers which are clinically proven in many academic documents. You should now aware that smoking may put you in a high risk of getting lung, oral, larynx, esophagus and bladder cancers.
- Drinking any types of alcoholic drinks in large quantity are factors that lead to cirrhosis (chronic liver disease), lung and liver cancers. Therefore, you should stay away from the alcoholic drinks. However, appropriate amount of red vine is recommended as documented in my article entitled Red Wine: Drink or Not Drink?
- Do not chew betel nut as it contains the nut of the betel palm ( Areca catechu ), part of the Piper betel vine, and lime which may result in sedation in a large consumption while in a small dose, it leads to euphoria (elevated mood of extremely exciting feeling). Its constituents are potentially carcinogenic as it has been linked to the worsening of asthma, rapid heartbeat, squamous cell carcinoma (cancer). Oral submucous fibrosis (OSF), low blood pressure and pre-cancerous oral lesions (mouth wounds).
- Foods that are artificial, too fine in its texture, less fiber and high in fat and cholesterol may lead to stomach swelling and cancer or gastric. Some foods are not good as it may cause cancer as described in my article entitled What Foods is Bad or Good for Cancer?
- Foods that are too rough in its texture and less nutritional values will cause your body to suffer from a syndrome related to the intake of insufficiency of nutrients. Those who have this bad eating habit are at a high risk of getting esophageal cancer and gastric.
- Chemical substances include food flavoring, food acids, food conditioners, anticaking agent, Monosodium Glutamate, Disodium Guanylate, Disodium Inosinate that are added to the foodstuffs are some of the examples which may cause cancer or it may indulge the healthy cells to become cancerous cells. - Always reduce the intake of table salt in your daily diet. The salt or sodium that you consume every day may have hidden in certain parts of your body to later posing health related problem. - Always cut down the meat consumption but take plenty of vegetables. The ratio between meat and vegetable should be at 1:3, which means 3 portions of your daily diet should include vegetables. - Always increase fiber-rich foods in your daily diet to promote good digestion besides avoiding constipation. i read an article on this website that contradicts the very first rule. the article stated that eating before going to bed doesn’t make a difference, since you burn calories in your sleep and that the you should look at the caloric intake total for the entire day. basically, it said that it doesn’t matter when you eat, just to add up the calories for the day…

Honestly? People, if you really take this advice be prepared to be disappointed.
To the author: You might want to add some sort of scientific proof. Maybe site your work and reference the studies you researched to write this atrocity of a “diet advice” article. Also, try to use actual scientific findings and not advice from your 7 year old niece.
