Effects of Toxin
Toxins can cause many disease like cancer, heart disease, indigestion, muscle pains, headaches and many others, try to avoid things that build-up toxin.
Toxins can cause irritation or inflammation of the cells and tissues, blocking normal functions at a cellular, organ and whole body level. Illness and ageing result when our cells do not get enough oxygen and nutrients or cannot effectively eliminate wastes.
Microbes of all kinds- intestinal bacteria, foreign bacteria, yeasts and parasites can produce metabolic toxins in the gut which we must be able to handle. Microbial toxins have been implicated in a variety of diseases including psoriasis, asthma, thyroid and liver problem.
Most of us overeat, we eat a congesting diet high in fats, meats processed, salty and sugary foods. We abuse ourselves with stimulants, drugs and alcohol. Subtle characteristics of toxicity include fatigue, headaches, backaches, insomnia anxiety, itchy nose and watery eyes.
Heavy metal poisoning is a major problem in our society. Common sources include lead from leaded petrol, solder in tin cans and pesticides sprays. Symptoms of toxicity can manifest as muscle pains, indigestions, tremors, poor coordination with impaired ability to think and concentrate.
Overweight is almost always associated with toxicity. When we loose weight, we reduce fat and thereby our toxic load. The increase of many toxicity diseases has increase as well. Cancers and cardiovascular disease are two of the main ones. Others include arthritis, eczema, sinusitis, abscesses and boils.
