Eight Most Dangerous Drugs That Doctor Would Want to Avoid
These drugs are so dangerous that most doctors wouldn’t want to take them for the sake of their health due to their adverse side effects. If your doctor hesitates to take these medications so should you, and you should give serious consider to the consequences of taking any of these drugs.
Pseudoephedrine

Pseudoephedrine is the only over-the-counter (OTC) decongestant used to help temporarily relieve sinus congestion and it’s also used to relieve nasal congestion caused by hay fever, allergies, and cold by narrowing blood vessels in the lining of nasal passages. It actually works to reduce the volume of blood flow via the area in which the swollen tissue inside the nose shrinks to let air pass through it more smoothly.

This decongestant can be found in many medications and has known to cause unusual problems of increased blood pressure, fast, irregular heartbeat, difficulty sleeping and breathing, stomach pain and nervousness while worsening the conditions of glaucoma and prostate disease.
Visine Original eye drops

Visine Original eye drops is used to relieve red eyes caused by minor irritation of eyes. These eye drops work to get the red out of the eye by shrinking blood vessels in order to make the eye appear white. Since its original formula contains an active ingredient called Tetrahydrozoline hydrochloride, long-term use of Visine can cause even more redness and damage to the ocular surface. Furthermore, ingestion of Visine has known to cause adverse medical conditions of coma, reduced heart rate and blood pressure.
Advair (Advair Diskus)

Advair is an oral inhaler that contains two active ingredients called Fluticasone propionate (to help reduce inflammation in the lungs) and Salmeterol (to help open up the airways), particularly use for short-term control of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and long-term control of asthma linked to chronic bronchitis.

Good to note down these drugs. I think there are more and also the nature of their danger is not strict. The risk is defined in terms of chances or as 1 in N number of people.

This is really amazing. I didn’t know all of this about these drugs. My grandmother takes one of the advair’s, but I don’t remember which one she uses.

As a nurse I know sometimes the benefits are worth the risk. You just have to be careful and let your doctor about everything you are taking. This is an excellent post. You did your research well and the article itself was quite well presented.
