Eight Things You Always Do But Never Notice

Sometimes, you didn’t notice something that you do almost every seconds. What are they?

  1. Heart beat

Your heat muscle contract 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to pump blood to your body to supply nutrients.

  2. Breathing

Your breathing rate is controlled by the respiratory centre in your brain. You do not need to think when you breathe, i guess…

  3. Muscle contraction

You always contract some of your muscle. When one muscle relaxes, the other muscle opposing that muscle contracts.

  4. Chemical reaction

You always carry out different kinds of chemical reactions in your body, no matter you don’t even know the answer for “What is Chemistry?”.

  7. Using energy

You consume energy, even when you are inactive or sleeping. The energy is used for muscle contraction and some regulations of your body.

  8. Trading

You do not trade money or goods in your body. Instead, trading occurs between your blood capillaries and your cells. The blood capillaries offer nutrients and the cells offer junk like carbon dioxide, how mean are the cells…
